Fatima has been a huge asset to my parents over the last year or so. She is always positive , friendly and enthusiastic and goes out of her way to be helpful. She is really hard working and efficient too and I know my parents really appreciate all she's able to get done when she is there.
Fatima has been superb in supporting my elderly aunt too. My aunt is a very independent character, but Fatima was quickly able to build a really good relationship. She has really helped with taking my aunt out and about, supporting her with shopping as well as food preparation, taking care of the house etc. I'd certainly recommend her to others.

Until meeting Fatima, my mother, siblings and I had struggled to cope with caring for my father full time at home. We had tried several carers from different agencies, but had never found someone who provided the level of care that we wanted. None seemed to enjoy the work, or actually show much caring for their patients.

Then Fatima came along and made things look easy. She made the impossible feel manageable and my Dad's final months were spent being cared for at home with compassion, rather than wasting away with neglect in a care home.

Fatima has been my main carer for nearly three years. I have found her to be very honest and professional in delivering my care.

When she first came to me I was not sure about having a stranger showering me and delivering my personal care, applying creams etc, but she soon put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.

She makes me a cup of tea and checks that I have my alarm on and I have my phone to hand before cleaning the bathroom.

One day a week I have her for five hours to give my husband some respite. We will go to the cinema or to a park and I find her good company to be with.
​
We will miss her and find her hard to replace.
